We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To begin returning items, you can contact us at sunford_after-sales@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to mail the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- All return shipment costs will be the responsibility of the the customer, We don’t provide prepaid return labels unless the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Once we have received your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method. Keep in mind that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail a refund.

Damages and problems
Please check upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
